Timothy (Tim) J. Ralston, President

Timothy (Tim) J. Ralston, President of TAB Services, brings over 40 years of extensive expertise in vibration analysis on turbine generator units and various rotating equipment to each of his clients. Prior to founding TAB Services in 1987, Tim held multiple vital positions at General Electric, where he served as a Factory and Field Service Engineer responsible for 11,000 "Lynn GE" size generators. His contributions include technical support, repairs, inspections, and factory witnessing while playing a pivotal role in the redesign of Frames 5, 6, and 7 generators. 

As a leader in machinery diagnostics on all turbine generators and rotating equipment, Tim has serviced over 27 countries and has completed hundreds of jobs nationwide.

Daniel (Dan) J. Ralston, Field Service Engineer

Before his tenure at TAB Services, Daniel J. Ralston spent multiple years gaining hands-on expertise in generator solutions at AGT Services. Building on this foundation, Daniel has accumulated over a decade of experience as a field service engineer at TAB Services, showcasing his versatility in machinery diagnostics and expertise in balancing and aligning a diverse range of turbine generator units. His proficiency spans a variety of stator and rotor rewinds, comprehensive testing and inspections, and general maintenance across all generator models. He also holds various certifications, including ADRE SXP 408.
